Bu koşullar Hostbar uygulamasını (macOS, iOS, iPadOS ve Android) ve isteğe bağlı hesap ile eşitleme hizmetini kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Hizmet

Hostbar, eklediğiniz Linux sunucularına SSH ile bağlanır, sabit bir okuma betiği çalıştırır ve CPU, bellek, disk ve Docker durumunu gösterir. Kontrolleri her cihaz kendisi yapar; ne zaman yapıldıkları cihaza ve işletim sistemine bağlıdır. Hostbar bir sorunun olmadığını ya da her sorunun zamanında fark edileceğini garanti etmez ve kritik üretim uyarılarının yerine geçmez.

Kullanımınız

• Yalnızca erişmeye yetkili olduğunuz sunucuları ekleyin.
• Anahtarlarınızın ve sunucularınızdaki yetkilerin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Uygulamayı yasa dışı bir amaçla kullanmayın.
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeyin, kopyalamayın ve yeniden satmayın; yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği durumlar saklıdır.

Hesap

Hesap isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca sunucu listesini cihazlarınız arasında eşitlemek için gerekir; liste cihazınızda şifrelenir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz an Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil ile silebilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ağır biçimde ihlal eden hesaplar kapatılabilir.

Bahşişler ve abonelikler

• Bahşişler tek seferlik bir destektir ve hiçbir özelliğin kilidini açmaz.
• Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler sunucu sınırını 2'den 15'e çıkarır.
• Ödemeyi Apple veya Google alır. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan alınır.
• Aboneliği mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yönetir ve iptal edersiniz. İptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
• İadeler Apple'ın ya da Google'ın kurallarına göre mağaza üzerinden yürür.

Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, adı, simgesi ve içeriği geliştiriciye aittir. Size uygulamayı kişisel ya da iş amaçlı olarak kendi cihazlarınızda kullanmanız için devredilemeyen, münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı verilir. Eklediğiniz sunucular, anahtarlar ve ayarlar size aittir.

Garanti ve sorumluluk

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde geliştirici, uygulamanın kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez ve kaçırılan bir sorundan, veri kaybından ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Tüketici olarak yasalardan doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

App Store

Uygulamayı App Store'dan edindiyseniz, bu koşullar Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ile birlikte geçerlidir. Bu koşullar Apple ile değil, sizinle geliştirici arasındadır; uygulamanın ve desteğinin sorumlusu Apple değil, geliştiricidir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır.

Değişiklikler ve hukuk

Bu koşullar değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada yayımlanır. Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; tüketicilerin kendi ülkelerindeki zorunlu hakları saklıdır. Gizlilik için gizlilik politikası, sorular için [email protected].

These terms govern your use of the Hostbar app (macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android) and its optional account and sync service. By using the app you accept them.

The service

Hostbar connects to the Linux servers you add over SSH, runs one fixed read-only script and shows their CPU, memory, disk and Docker status. Each device does its own checks; when they run depends on the device and its operating system. Hostbar does not guarantee that nothing is wrong or that every problem will be noticed in time, and it does not replace critical production alerting.

Your use

• Add only servers you are allowed to access.
• You are responsible for keeping your keys and the permissions on your servers secure.
• Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy or resell the app, except where the applicable law allows it.

Account

An account is optional and only needed to sync your server list between your devices; the list is encrypted on your device. You are responsible for keeping the account secure. You can delete it at any time under Settings → Account → Delete account. Accounts that seriously breach these terms may be closed.

Tips and subscriptions

• Tips are one-time support and unlock nothing.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions raise the server limit from 2 to 15.
• Apple or Google takes the payment. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your store account's subscription settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds go through the store under Apple's or Google's rules.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, icon and content belong to the developer. You get a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app on your own devices, for personal or business purposes. The servers, keys and settings you add are yours.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the applicable law allows, the developer does not guarantee that it works without interruption or errors and is not liable for a missed problem, lost data or indirect damage. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

App Store

If you got the app from the App Store, these terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. They are between you and the developer, not Apple; the developer, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the current version is published on this page. They are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected. For privacy see the privacy policy; for questions write to [email protected].
